please help me pass this msg to volvo
 

my name is omar aldakheel, i,m from Kuwait i have owned a Volvo since 2005 its great car ride very well too first one was s60 then in 2007 i bought s80 V8.


in 2015 i decied to try the new technology from volvo like city safety ACC ver 2 the T6 engine ETC.
so i build my 2015 S80 T6 inscription and it has alomst everything including C4 active damping comfort, i recieved my car in 02\may\2015 after i drove my car for 3 days i noticed clicking sound comes from left front suspension and every time i take my car to dealer for service i still report this problem the sound is clear now easy heard by the tech guys all i know they did everything they could replacing shock,control arm,bushes,spring and link rod and the sound still there in summer time this sound got over ride by engine fan and A/C blower fan but starting from october when my need to the A/C is less, its very very annoying.
two years and Volvo didnt find the problem and i dont want to keep my car for experiment and enough leaving it on dealer,s garage.


Why volvo did not send a tech guy from whatever place to chk and fix my car, i spent 66000 USD on the my S80 so i hope some reading this email feels what i,m feeling right now
