What is the best method of dealing with this Spam? Most of these are "new users' and I've added many of them to the Ignore list. But I feel there should be some way of notifying a moderator or admin to get these accounts killed. Is this the best place to do it or what should be the prescribed process.

You can PM any of us mods and we'll take care of cleaning it up and banning the user.
