Vibrant advertising. Any way to disable it?

I've been all over bing forums and what not and still can't find a way to get rid of those incessantly annoying in-text pop up ads. Apart from noscript, that is.

NoScript is a firefox addon that disables all ad related stuff. But at work I have to use IE :(

Highlighted and underlined

This may be my same question.

I'm new to the forum and could not find anything when searching FAQ about the green double underscore words and red bolded words in many posts.

If I roll the cursor over a green underlined word, a pop up link that has nothing to do with the word or thread appears.
The red bold words do not have any link I can find.

How/why are those words highlighted?

ShaginWagon: Cool, I'll give that a shot.

Blue Skies: You're right - those underscored words are exactly the product of a company called "Vibrant Advertising." Other companies do this as well. A bot will search the forum for pertinent words relating to search terms people on a car forum would probably search for. Then they link those words to other sites.

open IE, click on tools, internet options, click the security tab and highlight restricted sites. Click on the sites button below it and on the add this site to the zone: enter this just as it look's *.us.intellitxt.com

You use IE?!?! :(

I see the way to do it in FF. Thanks for that - Never thought about restricting the ad site :) Gracias.
