2000 s40 1.9 T overheated, won't start

Hello,

I recently replaced the upper radiator hose on my Volvo, as a hole was burnt through (bad water pump maybe). Now, about a month later, the car shut down on the highway and overheated, and now won't start. The coolant seems to have leaked out of the exhaust manifold gasket? It is hard to detect the exact leak when poring water in the coolant reservoir. Would I have to replace the exhaust manifold gasket, flush the coolant system, replace new oil, and reset the crankshaft valve? I took a reading and am also getting a code PO335-crankshaft sensor position malfunction. I guess I'm not really sure why the car won't start, but there is turnover. Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks.

Did you ever determine what the issue/fix was? I'm having the same issues and fear a cracked block or something equally bad.
