Default 2001 v70xc 2.4t lpt does this sound healthy?

Video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RX5ma9TqK9Y

I did a muffler delete because of it being clogged and took a video of the exhaust no CEL, service light is on but it's due for a oil change so I figure that's that. All i had to share the video was YouTube but does this sound healthy? I'm going to run codes later this week.

mileage 189k oil change 5k ago am gonig to do a oil change but I fear my head gasket is shot if anyone can comfirm. so I'm saving the oil and filter for after I do head gasket since the car is currently sitting not on the road for another month

when you say the muffler was clogged, do you really mean the catalytic converter? At any rate, mufflers or cats should never get clogged - unless the car is consuming coolant or oil and its getting into the exhaust and carbonizing. Usual causes are head gaskets or possibly turbo seals. Any other symptoms of a head gasket fail (oil in water/water in oil)? have you tested compression/leak down>?

My muffler packing was unpacking which was starting to clog up the muffler creating a bunch of backpressure which I have read is a problem with many P2 cars. also when I cut it off about a gallon of unknown liquid came out which does not help considering I am in cold climate, as you see in the video more liquid comes out of the exhaust with revs It doesn't seem like oil. Also there is rust looking substance on the dipstick that will just wipe off. Last time I checked codes I had only P1332 which is the VVT solenoid no O2 codes so I figure It wasn't the cat or if it is its in too early of a stage to throw a code. battery is toast so I have to jump it not sure if the alternator is toast but the car has a slightly low idle and the gauge lights flicker at idle. I have not compression tested but I plan to will update post as I uncover more symptoms. Im new to volvos and this is my first car so bear with me, I have basic knowledge of engines but next to none about these volvos but I love it so far just a couple kinks. UPDATE: Forgot to mention the car is consuming coolant slowly but surely had it near max September last year now is right above min, has been sitting so have only started it warmed it up drove it around the neighborhood to make sure nothing starts to seize up no major trips.

UPDATE: I am buying a 2002 v70xc for the engine it has 117k on it and they are asking 400$ because the AW-55 I think the auto trans is called is done for. I figure swapping the transmission from my 01 v70 xc into the low mile 02 v70 xc will be the best option since so much is wrong with my 01 xc. Anybody have any experience replacing transmissions on a P2 xc70 I can imagine it’s not too too bad just pull the axles then pull the motor and swap the trans? Let me know any tips that may help me on this endeavor.
