Default 2007 S60 amplifier problem

I am having a problem with my stereo system on my 2007 S60. I have the premium sound system. The only speaker that works is the center speaker on the top of the dash. All other speakers do not work. I believe it is related to the amplifier which is under the front passenger seat. The problem first appeared after I had spilled a lot of water on the passenger front floor area. I recall once reading a comment from someone that they had a similar problem after also spilling fluid on the front passenger side floor which shorted out the floor mounted amp. I have checked all of the three fuse panels and there are no blown fuses. How do I determine if the amp is blown? Are there any in line fuses I might have missed? Could the problem only be related to the wiring harnesses? I have located the amp under the passenger seat and prepared to remove but wanted some input from other Volvo owners who might have had the same problem.

Thank you,
CAKVolvo.
