1999 Volvo S70 AWD starting problems – hot or cold weather!

About 10 months ago, after experiencing rough running and spending much $ on analysis and repair, Volvo finally repaired/replaced the throttle under warranty and free of additional charge. I have since experienced sporadic incidents (about six different times) of difficult starts. The engine will fire than immediately die whether I leave the throttle untouched or attempt to give it some gas. Each time the engine eventually ran after waiting varying lengths of time and after repeated attempts to start. This seems to happen after a relatively short run followed by a relatively short stop (usually an hour or less). The Volvo experts find nothing wrong. Everything is within code but I suspect throttle problems persist. Where do I go from here?
