Advice on replacing Tail Light PC board
 

I damaged the Tail Light PC board on my Volvo and cannot get the right tail lights to work. I've seen replacement parts for replacing just the right side. I'm looking for advice or any concerns I should be aware of. I cannot seem to find a procedure in my "Haynes Repair Manual" regarding replacement.
