I love my 240turbo. Its a really fun daily driver. Gas miles isnt that bad either, but i have been getting on it too much lately to test it I enjoy the 740turbo also, becuase that is what got me into volvos.

Disappointed with some parts of the 2007 V70R, so that did not make the list. Beside, it is boring to drive. Most of that is from the damn awful gear box/ awd, ecu tuning, and electronic throttle. If someone would acutally reprogram those two ecus to work better together, that car would be incredible.

 

Wrong on Subaru being the ugliest car ever. Go to Google pix and enter Datsun F-10.

For durability and relative ease of maintenance, 240 series--the Swedish tanks. IMHO.
I'd love a wagon version now if I could buy one in "like new" condition.
