Exclamation CEM Issues

I have a 2006 volvo s40 t5 , the heater core clamp came off under the dash and needles to say the carpets are wet and the CEM got wet too. I took it down to dry it off and clean it. The incedent happened a few weeks before. Relatives who borrowed the car were putting water in the resIvor tank and the water was gushing out under the car, for me that was a big Oh no! . Before I started working on the car it was acting crazy, lights won't go out or respond to the on /off switches The red light for the alarm on the top of the dashboard won't go out, the high beams, fog lights , running lights stay on the blow moter wouldn't shut off.The check engine light stays on and at times acts like a flashing neon light. Anyway while cleaning the CEM a pin was badly corroded and it just fell over while I was cleaning around it. After I let it dry and hooked it back up it is still acting up. The only thing that had changed is the blower moter no longer comes on oh yeah the car starts and drives just fine.. Anyone know a repair facility for the CEM a new one costs about 540.00 plus programing.
