Do you use anti-seize on your spark plugs?

I got tired of fighting spark plugs out and started using a little aluminum anti-seize on my plugs when I put them in. Do you do that? I read a recent article that says it's a no no.

Please feel free to comment your usage and include any experiences that you have had.

What did it say? Been using it for years!
Lug bolts too. How's that, another no-no? just my luck.

anti-seize

I use it on everything that I might have to take apart someday..its better than grease. Spark plugs are a no-brainer.
