hey i have 2001 v70 xc i want to remove the passenger and driver side headrest please help !!

 

I believe it is like the older ones. If you feel really closely where the headrest goes in down a hair you will feel like 2 holes. They should be like where the posts go onto the seat. There is buttons that press in. But you will need 2 people to get them out. 1 will have to press the buttons in the other to pull it out.
