HELP; V70 2.5 turbo diesel rev limiter kicks in & message says engine service require
 

its an 02 model / manual. its done 200k recent oil, oil filter, air filter & fuel filter. After you accelerate hard especially coming off a roundabout or up a slip road the warning message pops up and the rev limiter cuts in to 3000 revs and the only way to reset is by switching the ignition off and on again.

can anyone make any suggestions - except 'dont accelerate hard'
