How to change the water pump on a S60 2.4T

Its a 2004 Volvo 2.4 turbo 5 cyl and a manual transmission. Sorry I dont know what the engine code is.

At 8:46 the tech shows the water pump but chooses not to replace it. Timing belt and water pump are typically done together since the first umpteen steps are identical and it is just easier to do both at once.
