I am looking for a 02 volvo s60 ac compressor.

I had unhappy shopping experience before on ebay,so I will consider try Hexautoparts or Buyautoparts.
With free shipping, ship to my door directly then take to local repair shop and have someone install it.
This is very cost-effective way,right ?

Did you research the symptoms of the clutch gap problem common to these models? If your AC just stops producing cold randomly, it is likely due to the AC compressor clutch gap being too large - which can be adjusted by reshimming without removing or replacing the compressor. The price differences shown are likely due to new vs remanufactured so best to compare apples to apples. If you do in fact need a new compressor, my go to places are 1) Tasca Parts - dealer web store, best prices for genuine Volvo parts 2) Volvo friendly web stores - FCP Euro, EEuroparts, IPD USA - all have correct parts with recommended OEM and aftermarket brands and related parts needed for the job (ie o rings, other parts like the dryer that should be replaced when opening the system). Others with thumbs up include Rock Auto. All have good return policies and you can call them with questions. As to Amazon vs eBay, I'm an Amazon prime member and make use of online store evaluations and look for where they ship from to level set delivery expectations.
