I have a 2000 S40 that needs a new upper radiator hose. IPD sells two hoses (Product Search). One, that I'm assuming is OEM, costs more than twice as much as the other.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with OEM vs. non-OEM hoses and if you've noticed any difference in performance and/or durability? The hose that is currently on my car, and leaking, is OEM and I only put in on about a year and a half ago so I'm skeptical about paying twice as much for OEM and having it fail so quickly again.
