I drive a 2002 xc70. I recently pulled out a series of dents in my rear passenger door (stretched for about 2 feet from the door handle to the middle of the door), applied body fill, smoothed it down, and sprayed primer on the location. Now all I need to do is have the primer sanded (I dont own a sander) and repaint the area.

It is not a huge area, about 2ftx1ft. Has anyone primed/painted an area like this? If so, is it something I could attempt on my own? Does anyone have a guess as to how much this might cost at a body shop? Thanks for all of your help, I truly appreciate it!
