Vida Dice issue
 

Hello all!

I installed Vida/Dice on my laptop. It's running windows 7 Ultimate.

The software installed properly. At least I believe it did. However When I run the Vida software it will not allow you to click "vehicle profile" Were there should be an "icon" and the words vehicle profile. There is just a small red x.

Also my dice led has a solid red light on for firmware.

Do I need to buy the 12 volt battery adapter to power up the dice? If so what is the polarity of the plug?

Any help will be appreciated.

I believe the DICE is powered by your laptop via USB and the other end connect to OBDII socket, I don't think you need a battery adapter for dice tool.

I used windows xp and run the dice update to fix this issue.
