Car is in good running condition--original owner, all service records provided-- but recently developed leak in gas tank, probably due to rust. Replaced fuel pump within the last year. Tires in excellent condition. Cosmetically, some plastic parts  and headliner need replacing, but original leather seats in very good condition.
