I'm a first time Volvo driver. Got a 2018 XC60 T6 R-Design with all the packages. I have come from 13 years driving VW Touaregs, I used to have a dealer hook up so I've been through five of them ranging from the 2004 V8 to three TDI's and lastly the V6 (huge disappointment). I picked the Volvo for the innovation and tech in the most recent cars as well as Volvo's historic safety focus. I plan on adding a hitch for my bike rack and will likely do the Polstar update too unless someone talks me out of it soon. Attached are some photos.

The main issues I've had

1. One of the speakers was blown on delivery (the B&W audio system). I'm guessing it came from the factory that way, it only had 22 miles on it when I picked it up.
2. The 21-inch wheels have 8 matching tires available here in the U.S.!!! It came with summer tires at the start of winter in Colorado, and there was exactly one winter tire that matched the size needed. It was new enough and low enough profile the tire place didn't want to try something a little narrower for the winter. Oh, and the tires are expensive!
