2001 V70 nearly cuts out when idling with A/C on
 

Hi my 2001 V70 has been fairly reliable but has over the last few months started to have a problem where the engine almost cuts out when idling with the air con on (it has on a few occasions cut out altogether). Once I turn of air con off its fine.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or can offer some advice before I send it in for a service.

You might have better luck posting this in the appropriate forum (See the sticky about tech questions not going here right above this post), but the first thing that comes to my mind is a dirty throttle. Might want to check/clean it.
