2005 Volvo S40 will not start
I have a 2005 Volvo S40. It died while driving down the road. Now it will not start. It cranks fine. Good compression. pretty new timing belt.
I sprayed starting fluid into air intake & try to start it.. Nothing! I put my simple code reader on it. no codes. I look into it diagnostics, I can see the fuel pressure is 45 lbs when key is off. When I turn the key on, I see the fuel pressure go to 55 lbs... I am assuming it spark.. With the intake manifold over the head it makes it rough to troubleshoot. Could be a crank or cam sensor etc.. What's a good why to start troubleshooting this problem??? Thanks, in advance, Scot |
