i am not a volvo owner but may so be a volvo tech. right now i am in uti (a car school) and have a couple of options for advance training bmw, volvo, and audi. so i am here to learn more about volvo and see if i would like them in my future.

Welcome you should be able to tell after reading through the forum.
In My Opinion Volvo is the easiest to work on compaired to most cars out there.

Hi John,

Welcome to the forum, I wish it serves you well.

Whether you go into Volvo or Audi, you're on the right track. As Moderator Tech has noted, Volvos are generally straightforward to work on. The only thing I do not like about working on a Volvo is the generous use of Torx screws that are known to strip. However, many other mfgs now use Torx[8D].

I wish you the best of luck in school, Ientered aviation school at the age of 29. Better late than never.

I would like to be able to fix all things car, but im a driver, not a mechanic so im happy about that.
