Hello--Does anyone have information

on the Volvo Season Ski Pass Offer? I purchased a Volvo within the applicable time frame, but I have not been able to find any information on obtaining a certificate for the season pass--Volvo America wasn't much help either. Any advice would be appreciated.

I purchased a new XC90 on November 18, 2006 and was supposed to have received vouchers fortwo season lift passes at one of several ski areas. My salesman at Cherry Hill Volvo in Cherry Hill, NJ said he was unfamiliar with the program (posted on the Volvo website) but would look into it. About a week later he said he had info. and would get the vouchers. Four months of phone calls and voice mails and still no vouchers. Vouchers are probably wortlesss now (March 24, 2007) since season is over. Anyone else with same issues?

Seems like it's time to send letters to Volvo of North America (along with a complaint to their faulty ABS design[8D]).

It's a shame that mfgs of great cars get bad names, because the overseas' branch offices don't follow what they're supposed to. When I experience inferior services, I write letters to the top executive. On the other hand, when I receive excellent services, I notify them. I wrote to Hertz twice, applauding excellent services and they replied with letters. Excellent services should stay in business.
