Hey all,

I recently purchased my second Volvo a 1993 850 GLT. I have been a life long Volvo fan and was super excited to get my hands on this beautiful car. This car was purchased from an estate sale by some older gentlemen that live up the road from me and they got her running I again after sitting garaged for four years. She was running fine until I moved her to shovel out from a big snow storm this week. I swear up and down that I did not leave the lights on and the fact that it would not start was driving me crazy.

This morning I woke up, made coffee and hit this forum reading so many posts and answers and voila! It was stuck in limp mode! I was able to use the override switch run through the gears, jiggled a couple of suggested wires under the hood and she started right up! So Thank you all for your posts and comments!

After my experience i decided I should join this forum and keep the old girl running happy with help from you fine folks!
