hello,
i have a tender 1992 volvo 240 dl b230f 5 speed manual with a mostly original clutch, within the last 2 days i am unable to single handedly shift to 2nd gear. I can "sometimes" shift it into 2nd while the car is off. I brought it to the local volvo dealer/certified volvo garage and got the feeling they dont even want to touch it- (amateurs), however they think it needs a new clutch and possibly/probably a new transmission- however they are claiming there is no way in hell they can locate one or the other let alone both . i brought it to a transmission place and he drove it around for a bit and thinks it may need "just some lubricant." so who knows but i need something in between some transmission oil or a new transmission. it is anyone's guess.

Does anyone have ANY parts for a clutch assembly and M47II transmission for sale or any info on the issue. I would appreciate any reply regarding the subject. Thank you for your time.
