Ringtones

2019 XC40. I love it, but I'm trying to change the ringtone. All options are grayed out. The car is synced with my Android S9 phone. Everything else works fine except the ringtones. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I really love unusual ringtones on my phone because everyone has standard ones and I have Royalty-free Technology Sound Effects Nobody has such ringtones as me and everyone is surprised where I get them and how I download them to my phone for free
