Welcome to the forum.

Just to let you know that I have moved your fuel spill post to the S60 forum for your benefit. Checked recalls but nothing related to 2004 S60 regarding the fuel system.

Welcome. I got something from Volvo recently about fuel system leaks or something to that effect. Check with the dealer.
