waiting in agony
 
hello everyone!! I went to replace my 87 740 wagon last week. unbelievably i found a 2000 v70 awd r. now i sit and wait until wednesday to go pick it up....waiting!!!
anyway i have a question about recalls. i found a website that listed the recalls. question. how do i find out if the recalls were performed?

Have your local dealer run the Vin# and they will be able to tell you.

thanks for the advice. even though i've bought the car is there anything you can tell me to check or ask about the car before i leave with it.

Just ask them to check for recalls while you are there.It will only take about 5 min. to tell you.
Ask them to show you work that they did on the car as well.See if they have any of the maintaince records as well just for a peice of mind.

Definitetly get the records.. then you know what has been done and what needs to be done. It will help your car last forever!

I dont know if the women in our lives would agree with our philosophy...but then again women are kind of like toys...don't you think? lol

LOL My wife knows how I feel about my car and she doesn't get in my way.
My first thing is make sure the kids have then if there is left over then I will take.
