I have to drive with hi-beams on, and even then it's not very safe. I've replaced the bulbs (Sylvania Ultra H70 4100K) and the lenses. Didn't improve much. The reflective coating is completely gone from light housing. Has anybody out there tried repainting that? What did you use? did it work?

Any other suggestions?
