Default "Best" Volvo dealer in MA?

I need to take my car to a Volvo dealer to have a software upgrade/diagnosis and don't want to take my car to the unethical dealer in Salem MA where I bought my car. My car is out of warranty and I'm having some electrical issues which apparently is an issue with the software (or one of the computer parts which I was told could be super expensive to replace.) Can anyone recommend a local, MA (Preferable N. Shore) Volvo Dealer?
Thanks

It never hurts to get a second opinion. Bear in mind, however, that any Volvo dealership repairs are going to be pricey. I would strongly recommend Farrell Volvo in Southboro. OK, so they are in Metrowest rather than the North Shore, but they are highly ethical and will not screw you over. I live 85 miles from their dealership, but I wouldn't take my Volvos anywhere else. Let us know how you make out with them.

Default If it's out of warranty don't go to a dealer

I highly recommend Precision Volvo in Rowley, MA. I have three S70 T5's and wouldn't bring them anywhere else. Highly competent and friendly service at reasonable rates.

if you are willing to travel to the south shore there is a great volvo specialty shop, the owner used to be head tech at south shore volvo. The place is called WCS automotive and is a highly reputable garage, great people to deal with, and will give you any advice you need.

128 Volvo in Wakefiield, does good service/repair on the vehicles but the sales people in the building are awful. Always mention to them after they bring the bill to me that "I forgot my 10% coupon" and they always put it in for me. Same thing with the oil change, I ask for the special that I got the first time there 27.95$ (on a s80 t6), and they always honor it. They give free loaner cars also as long as you reserve it ahead of time.

This is out of your way but might be helpful for western MA drivers. We have had our 04 xc90 serviced at Bedard Volvo in Cheshire, MA, just north of Pittsfield. They have always been competent and fair; and costs come in at or below estimates. We have been completely happy and would definitely buy another car from them with the good service being a major factor.
