IPD or other Soft-Loader
 

Does anyone in the NY area have a IPD soft-loader that I can borrow / use to first read my vehicle in order to order a tune from IPD?

I would then like to borrow use the soft-loader to install the tune.

I have a stock s40 t5 awd
