How old is everyone??

No need for sorrow. The boy's went in with their eye's wide open, knowing the challenges that they faced and their chances of injury. They wanted the 'Tip of the spear'. A Grunt and an Engineer. They have no regrets. That's good enough for me. They're both still active duty and working on separation, another animal that's worse than the injuries, the VA. My 25 year old was blown up 7 times in Iraq with no visible injuries. He looks whole. It's the invisible injury. The scary injury for a loved one. The unknown. My 23 year old came back in country with all limbs intact but they had to amputate his lower right leg. Less than 2 weeks later he was on the ice, playing sled hockey with the Walter Reed Sled Hockey Team. Their drive is still there with nothing to hold them back except themselves. They're alive and have a full life ahead of them. We are the lucky ones...

19, first Volvo. This is my 14th car since 16, I believe. For a few years I was selling cars. I would find one on Craigslist that sounded like an easy fix, whether they knew it or not. Go look at the car, confirm the easy fix. Buy the part(or clutch fluid, as it were), then buy the car. 5 minutes later I'd be driving the car from their driveway while they **** their pants! I saw a few people list their previous cars, so I figure why not.
1987 Olds Cutlass Ciera 3.8L V6. Broke down every other week. Stranded many times. Traded for
1991 Chevy S10 4cyl/5 speed. Rusted to hell but ran good. Traded WAY up for
1990 Chevy Suburban 350/auto. AC!!!! Thing was a mammoth to park. 40 gallon gas tank, $4/gal for gas. Sold.
1992 Dodge Dynasty 3.3L V6. 14K miles, looked brand new. Sold.
1982 Datsun 280ZX L28 I-6/5 speed. FAST and rusted up. Twisted frame. Bad wheel bearings. NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. Drove the hell out of it. Sold.
1991 Mercury Capri. DOHC 4cyl/5 speed. 30MPG, AC! Cute convertible. Too womanly. Too small. Ran like go-cart. Sold.
1983 Olds Custom Cruiser wagon. 305/auto. Back in a big American auto. Ran like a tank. Had to install a new trans...which leaked like hell. Sold.
1987 Olds Cutlass Ciera. Same as before. Bought for $100 with bad fuel pump. $30 junkyard visit later, sold for $1200.
1978 Ford Thunderbird. 351M/auto. 2nd finest car I ever owned. Would've
married that tank. Quick. I restored it to orignal. Wrecked one week later after 7 long months of ownership. I own most cars for 1 month.
1996 Chevy Cavalier 4cyl/auto. Bought for $300. Looked new. $50 later drove away. 20MPG. Traded for
1994 Mercury Grand Marquis. QUICK AS HELL. 265HP. 4.6L V8. Repainted. AC! Leather. American luxury. Sold. Rusted brake lines.
1995 Ford Thunderbird. 4.6 V8/auto. Quick. 125MPH max. Would've done 150 w/ chip. Leather, non-leaking sunroof. AC. Sold.
1990 Buick LeSabre. 3.8 V6/auto. Luxury. AC. Running dream, a little beat up. Perfect interior. Took me 4 months to convice myself to sell. Sold.
1986 Volvo 245. Finest car I ever did own. A real cherry. A keeper. a few hail dings. Runs like new. Dealership maintained all it's life. Leather interior. Don't think I could ever sell it. What could beat 24MPG in a station wagon?
Sorry for listing them all, I kindof wanted to refresh my memory and count them all!
