On 9/26 at 12:02am there was a driver who hit my vehicle and took off. It was a parking lot of Hum's Liquor Store/The Red Dragon Restaurant on Lyndale Ave in Minneapolis. He caused $1700 in damages which is a whole new door. He more than likely was intoxicated since they were at a restaurant famous for it's drinks. I was the sober cab that night.

I have video surveylience from 3 different camera angles in the parking lot plus 2 more videos of him leaving the restaurant with a group of people.

Or if there is someone who is able to digitally enhance the license plate let me know. I've contacted the Minneapolis police and I'm told they do not investigate accidents unless they have bodily injury and my case would be closed. The BCA is able to enhance the footage but they do not do it for the public, only for law enforcement. How do police not investigate an accident?
