Recent Purcahses (Car, Etc...)

Recent purchases eh? Guess the car:
It's destined to be a track day/ hillclimb car. I realised a Volvo wagon was just too heavy and large to be really fun at the track. Besides, if I bin the new car, well, at $600 I'm not too worried. I'd easily recoup that selling parts.
Regards, Andrew.

I just recently purchased a Cold Steel 4" Ti-Lite with Zytel handled knife. Nice little folder.

I know what you mean about clothing. I have t-shirts that are 9 and 10 years old. Two that are 9 years old have been in the regular rotation since new. They are my 'Golden Boys' in you know what that means.
About a month ago exactly I bought a bunch of stuff from the IPD garage sale event. A ScanGaugeII, filter wrench, trim removal tool, bone tool and a few other things. I also stocked up on oil filters and got a new fuel filter, crush washers + magnetic drain plug from FCP.
I bought gas. But that was about 3 weeks ago. Maybe I can stretch it for a month. [sm=happy046.gif]

Mine had 92K on it when I got it and I put 2K more on it in a week. Ours is Alpine White with the Saddle Brown interior. Really wanted that interior more than anything. Book on it was around $18,000 and I got it for less that that. Not much less, but less.
I hate to say it, but I really wanted an S60 R, but this car just felt so much better to drive and they have a very good reliability rating. Wife really disliked the S60 from a comfort standpoint and the cramped backseat.
