Repair instructions for a Toshiba Satellite L355 or L350 Laptop Computer
My daughters friend broke his Toshiba Satellite L355 laptop computer. It was the 17" display model. Anyway, he broke the power adapter receptacal. So I tore the thing apart, fixed the receptacal, and put it back together. If you know of anyone that needs to know how to tear down one of these things send them the link below.

I"ll keep that in mind I think that is what son #2 uses a Toshiba Satellite. I currently have and love a like new Sony Vaio with Vista. Have not seen any Vista problems.

just as a possibly helpful side comment. most laptops follow a similar design and can be tore down in very similar steps. Dell computers for example have the same trim piece that you peel back right under the screen. (i've torn apart and put back together more laptops than I could count)
