Sorry I've been MIA for so long! The S80 is still running good with a few minor issues I'm going to post in the appropriate places here in a bit. She's got 240k miles now!

Here's what I got going on. I have an '03 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT 2x4 with 64k miles on it that I am probably going to trade for a '99 A4 1.8T Quattro with 98k miles on it. Blue book prices are about the same with the Audi just a bit lower. The timing belt and water pump were recently changed around 80k and it seems to be in pretty good shape. I know, I know, you can't calssify them all in the same group; Audi's are German, Volvo's are Swedish, etc. I just want some opinions on what I may be getting myself into. If it's worth it. ETC.. Any and all suggestions are greatly appriciated.

 

Might want to start check out the Audi forumssee what those guys have trouble with...ect.

Shopping for wheels for my Audi (sorry). I plan on lowering it with the Eibach 1.5" springs. Here are a couple of the sets of rims I've been looking at. Any thoughts, suggestions?

Definately, that car is actually the exact same one I plan on trying to duplicate. I've got the Eibach drop springs on the way already and I like how the polished lip actually sits back in some. I am going to go with a different headlight and tail light setup then what is on the car above though.
