Wiseco forged pistons - oversized

Pulled the cabin air filter for the first time since owning the car (~4 years).

I'd say it was about due for a swap

Did a lot this weekend:
-Installed new control arm bushings & ball joint
-New passenger cv axle (luckily it was under warranty, the other one broke after 8 months!)
-Changed cabin air filter (old one had a date stamp of July 2003. Sure looks like it's been about 10 years )

Plugs, oil change, and Fuel filter. 200k on this car and I'd be willing to bet the fuel filter has never been changed. And holy crap the s70 filter is massive

Replaced front-left strut bushing & stabilizer bar. What a difference! Rides like a new car. I'm probably in the minority but this S80 is rapidly becoming my favorite car.

Yesterday, I replaced my cooling fan relay, as my cooling fan would not come on. The sound of that fan coming on at idle is a beautiful thing. :-D

Thanks! As long as parts are available, you can keep them going.

Cleaned it up a bit. Posted it on Craigslist and after oh... about... three hours. Sold it! Great car, hope it continues to serve its owners well.

Am in the process of replacing the A/C heater blower motor on the 245. Started this project on Sat.; working only in the cool of the morning and evening. New blower is in, electrical connections made this evening, fired 'er up. ****! No workee!
Tomorrow, I'll retrace ; I suspect a grounding issue or another connection that still needs to be made. LOTS of wires hanging out of everywhere.

Cool What did I do today?

I pulled off all of my door panels, replaced two broken ones, put an old speaker in the front to replace a blown one while i wait for the new ones and i fixed the green led's under my dashboard.
