Did a lot this weekend:
-Installed new control arm bushings & ball joint
-New passenger cv axle (luckily it was under warranty, the other one broke after 8 months!)
-Changed cabin air filter (old one had a date stamp of July 2003. Sure looks like it's been about 10 years
)

Congradulations! I always thought with proper maintenance Volvos could run for ever!
Am in the process of replacing the A/C heater blower motor on the 245. Started this project on Sat.; working only in the cool of the morning and evening. New blower is in, electrical connections made this evening, fired 'er up. ****! No workee!
Tomorrow, I'll retrace ; I suspect a grounding issue or another connection that still needs to be made. LOTS of wires hanging out of everywhere.

I pulled off all of my door panels, replaced two broken ones, put an old speaker in the front to replace a blown one while i wait for the new ones and i fixed the green led's under my dashboard.

I'd say it was about due for a swap
I'm probably in the minority but this S80 is rapidly becoming my favorite car.
Great car, hope it continues to serve its owners well.
