Can anyone tell me what I can do about putting someother carb on my AQ120 other than the solex 44 PAI? The carb has been rebuilt and still will not run. The mechanic says the butterfly is sucking air and it is no good. I have been unsuccessful in locating another solex in good shape. I'm hoping to put another brand of carb on this engine that I can get parts for or, replace easly.

 

I'm actually having problems with the same carb in referrence in lack of support. Sadly I can't help you with your question but maybe you can help me on mine. I'm currently trying to replace the Accelerator pum check valve in my carb and if you do happen to replace your carb I'de be willing to purchase your old one from you for this part. I'm having similar problems with my AQ130C. Napa can't cross-reference my solex carb (44-PAI).
