Bought a used '05 xc70 that's missing the passenger side d-pillar speaker grill in the rear cargo area.

Does anyone have one of these? Anybody know where to find one? I've tried countless parts websites with no luck.

Do I have to buy the whole d-pillar trim assembly in order to get this?

My vehicle has the beige trim, so I'd need something matching.
