2005 Volvo XC90 / FWD / 2.5t / 283,000 miles

I've included a KBB screen shot so you can view the value and all the features.

THE GOOD
- Dependable, bought at 200k, put 83k more on without much issue.
- PCV system replaced at 250k.
- Transmission drained and refilled at 250k.
- New fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure sensor at 225k.
- Refurbished power steering pump last year.
- Refurbished alternator last year.
- Timing belt changed at 200k.
- New front struts at 200k.
- New spark plugs at 250k.
- New brakes last year.
- Hitch with wiring harness added 2014.
- New thermostat just installed.
- Not sure what kind of metal Volvo uses, but the body panels are in very good shape.
- Comes extras such as ATF fluid, oil, filter, hitch and ball, and shock tower parts.

THE BAD
- Oil leak since I bought it, maybe cam seal, I've just kept it topped off.
- Due for an oil change, drain plug bolt head stripped. Good news, I have the oil and filter if you have the time.
- Passenger shock mount noisy, again I have the parts if you have the time (drivers side replaced last year).
- The miles, but honestly this thing just keeps going.
- Drivers seat has been worn since I bought it. Other than not looking great it doesn't effect anything.
- Center console armrest is broken, you can only tell if you open it.
- "Anti Skid Service" message on. Likely the steering wheel clock spring.

THE BOTTOM LINE
I have this thing priced to sell and I've tried to be as upfront as possible about the condition. Obviously it's not perfect. The KBB value is at $2600. It has some issues, but with a little TLC this thing could go for a long time.

Wish the timing and location were different.
A friend of a friend will need a "big box on wheels" but a) he's COMPLETELY ABSENT 'til the end of the month and b) you're 1,000 miles away.
The pictures of the tires (18"?) suggest they need to be replaced, no?
