Hey everyone, I had forgotten about this forum (sorry). I have spent most my time on C30 Crew so most of my posts are there. After a thorough, careful build, it's time to sell Dorothy. Here's the post from Craigslist with the details. There are 20+ pictures there, and I'll gladly take & email others on request. Car is located in the foothills of Colorado just west of Denver.

Up for sale is a very clean, two-owner, nicely modified, fast C30. All records complete since new. Non-smoker owned. Clean Colorado title in hand. This may be the nicest, fastest, lowest mileage C30 available. Purchased unmodified from original owner in 2017. Originally purchased at Rickenbach Volvo in Denver, Colorado and original owner had all service performed there during his ownership. This C30 came with the Dynaudio sound system and Volvo/Thule locking roof rack (bike mounts). There is no rust anywhere on the vehicle.

All modifications have been done my me, and all necessary maintenance items have been done either by me or by Volvo specialists in the Denver area. I have all receipts for all parts purchased and services performed during my ownership. All records under original owner are available from Rickenbach Volvo.

During my ownership the following maintenance/service items have been performed:
• Oil & filter change with name-brand fully synthetic oil per Volvo specs. Changed faithfully every 7,000 miles. All fluid levels checked with every other fuel fill up.
• Spring 2018: Timing belt & water pump replaced (Volvo specifies at 10 years; service performed at Baker Street Garage Volvo Specialists, Denver CO with new Volvo parts)
• Spring 2018: Replaced motor mount (genuine Volvo replacement part installed by Baker Street Garage Volvo Specialists, Denver CO)
• Spring 2018: PCV/oil filter housing replacement (blown PCV; repaired with genuine Volvo replacement parts)
• Summer 2018: Serpentine belts and belt tensioners (genuine Volvo replacement parts from FCP Euro)
• Summer 2018: right and left drive axles replaced (genuine Volvo parts from FCP Euro and Smith Volvo (a CA dealership))
• Summer 2018: manual transmission oil change (Redline MTF purchased from FCP Euro)

The following modifications/upgrades have been installed:
Engine performance upgrades:
• Silicone turbo control valve hoses installed to replace aging rubber hoses.
• Porsche Pierburg turbo control valve (provides faster turbo actuation for increased throttle response)
• Elevate performance engine torque mount (reduces engine flex in high performance engines)
• do88 intercooler with complete intercooler pipe kit
• do88 silicone intercooler hoses
• Elevate 3” cold air intake
• Elevate 3” turbo inlet pipe
• J-W Racing high-flow inlet (intake) manifold
• Elevate 3” high-flow down pipe with performance catalytic converter (50-state emissions compliant)
• KT4 Performance 3” custom cat-back exhaust with twin resonators
• Hilton stage 2.5 performance tune

Suspension & brake upgrades:
• Elevate lowering springs. (Factory springs also available with car.)
• Koni yellow adjustable shocks & strut cartridges
• Elevate rear brace
• Wilwood 6 piston front brake calipers w/ 320mm Elevate slotted rotors
• Rear Elevate slotted rotors
• Elevate stainless steel brake lines

Miscellaneous:
• “Abrams M1” weighted aluminum shift ****
• Billet aluminum pedals (very high quality, but I can’t remember the brand. I do have the invoice though.)
• Custom leather shift boot and armrest cover (Redline goods)
• Hella red horns (very loud)
• Carbon fiber grille (IPDusa; original grille also available)
• Genuine Volvo 18” Pegasus “R” wheels with hubcentric rings; Goodyear Eagle “3-season” tires with lots of remaining tread
• Volvo “Atreus” 18” wheels (original equipment) with Blizzak snow tires, new in winter 2018
Even though it’s a powerful, torquey, front-wheel-drive car, the Blizzak tires make it very capable and predictable in the snow of the Colorado foothills. I drive it year-round and it does fine.

Imperfections:
• Driver seat shows slight wear; this is a known issue with Volvo upholstery
• Windshield is cracked (like most in Colorado). Cracks are not in line of vision.
• Minor “ghosting” of original emblems on rear bumper from de-badging. I’ve left it because I kind of like it, but I think it will polish out if desired. Probably won’t show up in photos.
• Minor dings: two small dings on roof; original owner drove into garage with bike mounted on car. Small ding on driver door from my carelessness.
• Window tint is beginning to fade. It still works fine but the tint is showing signs of age.

I will do a full hand wash and clay bar treatment prior to any sale and will make sure the car is extremely clean inside and out and ready to go home with you. All fluid levels will be correct and ready.

I don’t care what “market price” says about the value of this car. This C30 is unlike any other C30 available, probably at any price. I’ve priced it close to the amount I want to get from the car, and far less than what I have spent in building this little rocket. If you’re not interested in the car or at the price, please keep shopping. If you appreciate a very well maintained, very nicely modified, fully documented pre-facelift, T5 manual C30, this may be the one for you. Every upgrade and maintenance item has been done with the highest quality parts available. I built this car with the expectation that as these become rarer it will continue to increase in value.
