For Sale: S40 T5 AWD
Hi all,
We are selling my wife's 2005 S40, 2.5 liter turbo, AWD, 6 speed MT. She's the original owner, dealer serviced since new except for some in between oil changes and a recent wheel bearing. Clean CARFAX available, no accidents. Other details:
143,000 miles - highway commuter car ~100 miles every day
Tires are in excellent condition, lots of tread. New in November 2011.
Leather, premium sound, heated front seats, rain sensor wipers
Timing belt was changed recently (130,000) because of another repair being done at the time (front oil seals on engine)
We have nearly all the service records since the car was new, but the only non-routine maintenance was a turbo part in 2007, the oil separator/filter housing last year, the above mentioned oil seals, and RF wheel bearing just a month or two ago.
It's a little hard to part with a car like this, but we need more space.
The price: we're asking $9,500. I'm basing that on what I think I would pay for a car in the same condition. If that sounds crazy, make me an offer! You gotta start somewhere.
I plan to get pictures together tomorrow... the car is Barent Blue.
I hope this car goes to a good home where someone will treat it as well as we have.
