Default Volvo S60 Sirius satellite tuner

2007 Volvo S60 Sirius Satellite radio tuner.
Factory satellite radio tuner. Comes complete with all necessary cables and mounting bracket, Volvo roof antenna (not a cheap Sirius unit), power cable, fuse, screws, trunk trim panel (carpeted), and installation and operating instructions. The only thing that is needed is for your car to be pre-wired from the factory for the satellite radio or you can purchase the satellite radio wiring (din and melbus cable that runs from the head unit to the trunk). There is no DIN or Melbus cable in this kit.

I just removed this from my 2007 Volvo S60 that I turned in July 1st as the lease expired. I have a video available showing the unit 100% working properly. I paid over $450 for this unit when purchased new. This unit will fit 2001-2009 Volvo S60’s. I am asking $100 plus shipping for everything.

I also have a taupe overhead sunglass case, Taupe all weather mats, reversible trunk cargo liner, rear bumper protector (trunk roll out). Will consider all offers on any of these items.

Thanks,
Dean

I just bought my '08 - it has a 'dock' on the dash which I assume is for the satellite - will what I have work with what you have (considering I use Sirius, I'd be all up for it if it does)... let me know

Default Sirius Satellite tuner

Not sure what you mean by "dock on the dash". Are you talking about the cubby hole to the left of the radio? If so that is for storage or the accessory cup holder.

This unit mounts in the trunk on the driver's side behind the carpeted panel (left side when you open up the trunk and are looking towards the front of the car) where the factory Nav or 10 disc changer mounts. It is wired to the head unit with the Melbus and DIN cables. The antenna mounts to the roof with auto trim double sided tape and the wires run underneath the rear window trim moulding.

This is the FACTORY sirius tuner...not aftermarket. This works with the FACTORY head unit when you turn the source **** (rotary **** on the right) to sat1, sat2, or sat3. You won't see any wires at all in the interior or trunk after you are done installing it.

I had the HU850 head unit (came with the sport package) but it will also work with the HU650 head unit.

Let me know.

Default Hwy Rogue

Highway:
I replied to you on 8-6-10. In fact you replied back to me too!
I can't do anything about the way UPS handles broker fees into Canada. Afraid that is out of my control....what would you like me to do? The prices I sent you for shipping to Canada were from USPS and UPS, and as you stated UPS charges broker fees to get the items through customs. Sorry I can't control the way UPS and the Canadian government works.
No reason to be weary!!!

Well, I am on other boards too, and sometimes you need to be weary when someone registers and immediately sells something - surely you have been in my shoes, too?

I did not say that you could do anything about the brokerage fees - but it would be nice if you could

Alright - I will take it off your hands and use USPS. Please check your pm.

Default waiting for payment

HWY:

I'm waiting for payment from another member and agreed to hold the unit until Monday the 16th. If I don't receive payment I'll let you know.

My Volvo S60 was my daily driver, and my "enthusiast" car is a 2001 Saab 9-3 that I've modified the heck out of, so naturally I'm not on the Volvo boards (ever). I'm all over the Saab BB's, including Saabnet and Saablink.

My 2001 9-3 has body modifications, suspension, interior, engine and trans. Presently I'm in the process of building a TD-04HL19T turbo and will be using Steven Hayes for the tuning....expect ~350HP and 310 lb/ft tq out of a 2.0 L 4 cylinder. I fully expect to blow the transmission up with this setup.

The sirius unit got no attention on Ebay, so I figured coming onto a Volvo forum would be a good place to sell the tuner because people here realize the value of the unit, especially at a bargain price.

Interestingly I was trying to wait for the new 2011 S60, but couldn't wait anymore and ended up getting a 2010 Acura TL lease. I was very close to getting a 2008 Saab 9-5 Aero, but the money didn't make sense given how many miles I put on a car.

Like I said in my PM, I'll sell it to you if this other deal falls through.
