I have no idea how or if it would work in your car. Do you have specific info on which segments of the wiring harness that you need? There is just so much wiring that it's going to take a little time to pull it all on through to the passenger compartment and such. I could, of course, send the other stuff now in the meantime (including the ecu/icu) if it wouldn't render your car undriveable until you got the harness.

Dave's Volvo Engine Wire Harness Page
It's just the main engine harness, which I need to use the EZK computer.

Exactly what I needed. If I have everything out tomorrow, are you ready to do the deal?

Cool, I'm on it. Now, shipping is the question. Some of this stuff is heavy/large. I've been considering a smaller crate but that just adds weight. Have a few large cardboard boxes. Intercooler will fit in one of them with all of the ducting/hoses on top + smaller/lighter parts. The manifold/turbo is the heaviest thing. Do you still want the cam? I had posted on your turbo bricks thread about the +T. They mentioned re-shimming being needed to use this cam.

I do still want the cam, it'll keep costs down while getting rid of that crappy M cam. Just make sure you use a lot of bubble wrap.

Cool, I'll wrap everything VERY well. My concern is that the weight of some of this stuff will bottom out the boxes. Mucho tape I suppose.

Stepping out to pull the ECU/ICM now. Actually, I may have misquoted. Looks like tomorrow is shipping day as I'll need to get USPS/UPS/FedEx quotes to you so that you can decide. That makes time for pictures of the ENTIRE kit layed out so that we can both look at it one last time to see if we've missed anything. I'll post again this evening if you want to check pictures.

Wiring - Looks to be more than you need. However, may as well start swapping now before the eco-crap gets worse. NOTHING has been cut. All pro removal .

Fuel Injectors - You want these & the ballast resistor or you going straight high impedence? I think that with this much harness you can still do the green tops instead of looking for high impedence.

Fasteners - So... Many bags of bolts/nuts/etc. are labeled and organized relative to their corresponding part including fuel injector clips and such. I also %&@#$* up and lost track of which go to what. So, I'm sending out a HUGE bag of mixed fasteners. If you don't mind sending back what you don't need once you've picked through that would be awesome.

Ducting - Most of it is in good shape. A few smal hoses need replacement. All hose clamps are there.

Downpipe - Do you need the metal pre-heat shroud to hook up the pre-heat hose for emission there in CT?

Airbox - I have 2 that came with the car. One is stripped out but still has that black box electronic thing on the side. The other is complete. Which bottom do you want? The one with the foam or the other one?

Cam - So, it was in the car during the storm. It did not get wet but I guess that the humidity caused some surface rust. It's the kind that pretty much wipes off with a glove. Sorry. Looks to be no problem though functionally. Could be cleaned up quickly. Also included is the distributor and cam races.

The LAST picture in post #2 - Not sure what these 3 components are or do, but do you need any of the 3?

Lastly, you do know that you're getting a great deal right?

Oh yeah, it was getting dark when I took these pictures and still had to clean up. The ECU/ICU look to be 15 minutes or work including the brackets to remove. 3 bolts each and the connectors. By afternoon I'll have everything packaged and to UPS/FedEx/USPS to get estimates. Will ship as soon as you get the estimates and choose. Now, this is all going to be around $100 to ship I'm guessing. Maybe more depending on insurance and whats "fragile." I'll need to transfer the shipping portion of the PayPal payment to my bank account in order to afford to cover the shipping. I'll PM you my phone number in a sec. I can even call you tomorrow after getting the shipping rates if you want to talk on the phone.

Injectors - I might as well use the green tops because I'm getting everything else to go with them, right?
Fasteners - I can totally do that.
Downpipe - My car is over 25 so it's totally exempt from any inspection. I don't even have a cat. (Shh.)
Airbox - I guess the complete one? IDK what that electronic thing is.
Cam - It'll still work, so whatever, right?
Last pic - Uhh.. I'll do some research.
Oil cooler - I at least should be able to get it to work, I think it's the same apart from mounting locations. Might hafta get new lines, we'll see.
Great deal - I know, I'm super excited.

Injectors - From what the turbo bricks guys were saying, with the complete engine harness you can use the balalst resistor. More research needed though.
Fasteners - Cool.
Downpipe - But, the trees....
Airbox - Not sure either. Then theres that valve, which I think is part of the Turbo+.
Cam - It stormed for 2 days and is literally surface rust from the humidity in the car. Quick hit and polish will shine it right up for it's oil bath.
Last pic - Me too. I should have gotten part #s in the daylight.
Oil cooler - The lines are good back to the connectors as in the pic. The other hard lines come off of the oil filter relocation kit, which is actually an oil cooler kit I think. It attaches lower on the block. Could you post a pic of your engine in the region of the oil filter? ........

Ah, screw it. If you're willing to call it $400 + Shipping I'll include both airboxes, the oil cooler and oil filter relocation kit (which is right next to the turbo in the picture below), as well as those 3 parts that we're both wondering about. What do you think?

Oil filter relocation kit, right next to the turbo/manifold. That manifold/turbo, MAN that thing is heavy... 20lbs maybe.

For those 3 pieces:

Left to right. Cruise control vacuum pump, heater valve, idle air valve. You need the idle air valve if you are using LH 2.2 fuel injection for this conversion.
So all I need is the one on the right.

Whew.... Man this has been a long road. Got EVERYTHING bubble wrapped and packed today including the ECU/ICU and mounts. So... Got many quotes and these are the cheapest. The insurance of $200 on each package adds $2 per package. Feel free to plug these numbers into the USPS website/UPS website etc. One of the packages, the big one, would be almost $300 alone for UPS ground. Total on all of it is $261.49. I called but it just rang. Give me a shout.

Package 1 - 24x24x11 @ 45lbs = $68.48 USPS Ground w/ Tracking & $200 Insurance

Package 2 - 32x22x12 @ 32lbs = $73.16 USPS Ground w/ Tracking & $200 Insurance

Package 3 - 36x22x22 @ 41lbs = $119.85 USPS Ground w/ Tracking & $200 Insurance
