I'm the 2nd owner of this great California 240. It originally was the second car for a family. All work was performed by a SF Bay Area dealer. I bought the car in 2007. I have the maintenance records and documents going back to date of purchase. More pictures available.

My Volvo is a daily driver that runs strong and reliably. Passed SMOG on 3/14/18 for DMV renewal. Regular oil changes and maintenance. Interior is in good condition with normal wear for its age. Dash is covered w/no cracks. Paint is fair to good considering age. Signs of oxidation and nicks but still shines up nicely.

Notes:

• Odometer stopped working at 175k at end of 2016. This is common. Records will show that the car is maintained. Odometer gear replaced in December however it continues to work intermittently. I work from home and drive infrequently, under 8,000 miles/year. Mileage is at most 185k.
• Check engine light comes on occasionally with the temp sensor fault code. However, the car is fine and runs normal. It has been a quirk of the car since I've owned it. Mechanics have replaced the sensor numerous times but after 10 years I've been told to ignore it.
• Rear seatbelt covers are cracked, which is standard on these cars.
• Front plastic door pockets have a crack and break.
• Driver seat has two small holes on the side.
• Power antenna doesn’t work.
• Some tape residue above the glove box
