WTB: Front bumper to fit 1999 S70 and Sidemarker light

As title states, I need a bumper to fit a 1999 S70. The car has headlamp washers but I would like to know if I can use a bumper without the holes as the wipers do not function.

If you know if this is possible or have a bumper willing to ship. I'm in KY 40509.
