Attached is a video of my 2014 S60, we picked it up from the body shop after being in a wreck. I know its not much but hopefully someone can give me a good guess from the sound on the video.

Reason: No video
when attaching a video, you can either use a URL to an online site like Youtube or attach as a file. With the latter, use the Go Advanced feature and just make sure you use one of the compatible file extension.
