Old Clip of Jeremy Clarkson and the Volvo 850R
I've heard about it but never seen it until now.

Clarkson talks about it around 4:26 to 8 minutes in the video.
P.S. I notice that he said the 850R cost about 32,000 GBP in 1996 so I wonder how much it would cost today. That would be 48,320 GBP or about $76,060.51 USD!!! Then I wonder how my car stacks up if it wasn't for the deflation. Originally $34,490 in 1995 would of equal to $51,297.09 in today's money. That's the 850 Turbo with all the extras besides the only other options of passenger power seat and fog lights. To bad for deflation otherwise that would of been a handsome price to help pay for my college tuition.
