Picture Assignment #1 POLL
 

Ok here are the three that entered. Yes I entered my parents XC70 into the contest. Since we only had two people actually submit photo's I am closing the contest early and starting the judging.

- Judging opens, October 5th 2007 @ 5:41pm EST.
- Judging closes, October 12th 2007 @ 11:00pm EST.
- One vote per member.
- Let the best picture win!

Man, I totally missed submitting! I've been crazy busy for the last few weeks, and will be busy now until March....

Well there will be more assignments and I am sure you can find an hour of time when the next assignment comes up.

I will be posting the next assignment shortly. Probably in the next few days to a week. Hopefully you guys will notice this one and take charge and take pictures this time. I PINNED the topic for a reason so that it would be visible to everyone.

Even if you didn't enter vote. I mean really this is crazy that no more people voted thus far. Really it saddens me greatly.

Well wow. I can see this is probably not a good idea to do anymore. I mean really I thought there would be more entries and certainly more votes. But I guess not.

This forum is seriously slow. Unbelieveably slow compared to other Volvo based forums.

Anyways, zmontgomery won the contest this time around.

I really have to think it over if I want to do this anymore. Seeing as how only one person has entered a picture for the second assignment.

*Would it make it better if I could get like a company to give a 5-1- percent discount for the winner?

Way to go zmontgomery, I voted for ya.
I agree that the forum is slow. I was disappointed in the lack ofparticipation (not to mention the lack of voting). I wonder if there could be a reminder to vote, either by way of email anouncement during the voting window or right on the main page. I don't know about others but I am NOT interested in an incentive. A prize or reward would spoil the spirit of it all.

This is true, i dont really care for a prize. But as far as the second assignment goes, im not finding anyplace with some decent graffiti.

Well like I said in the other thread for Assignment 2 if it is too hard you guys need to tell me. I'm not going to change the assignment on a hunch. I need input from the members of this forum.

So please post about the issues with Assignment 2 in the Assignment 2 thread.
